A letter will be sent home tomorrow, Tuesday 24 November, with students about the opening of the “Parent Portal Shop”, where you can browse and purchase the Apple products outlined in our previous letter.

In order to access the portal, log in to, enter registration (shop) code in lower part of screen and then follow the on screen prompts.

We are writing to inform you of an exciting opportunity where students and families can lease/purchase an iPad through St John's. If you are interested in this scheme, please complete this simple form, which will allow us to ensure that the most suitable devices and packages are available for you.

SAM Learning is now available in school. The service, which is accessible to all staff and students, covers a wide range of subjects across the curriculum and can be used both in school and at home. Students can log in and complete interactive tests, exam practice questions and exam papers, while staff can assign homework and monitor students’ progress. SAM has a proven track record: studies have shown that using the service leads to better exam results.

St John's are celebrating another successful year at GCSE. Overall the school has achieved 69% 5 A*-C including English and Mathematics. 74% of our students achieved 5 A*-C grades. Numerous students achieved 5A*-A grades, 12 students achieved 10+ A*-A grades.
